The Staff of the Project is composed from Leaders Agesci who have lived the experience of the project and who have chosen, after having repeated it more times and having been "invited" from the Staff, to make it part of their own service.

Currently the Staff is composed by the two referents of the Project and by the CampLeaders: there is besides a group of rovers, scolte and leaders and other people who are not part of the Association who, having returned some times to Sombor, help the Staff in the management of the Project. They will also guarantee for the future continuity of the scout presence in Sombor
